Hey friends...we are planning the 1st 2026 Partner Fascia Release class! Please comment 🙏 and let us know if a Friday afternoon or Saturday works best. It will likely be Jan 16th or 17th at the Southern Rec Center! This class will train you to work on your partner for most common pain issues like: low back pain, shoulders, neck pain, headaches, knee and hip pain, foot pain as well as preventative for MY BODY HURTS SYNDROME! Patrick and I were blessed in 2013 when we were trained in Colorado together. Fascia release has changed our lives and it is a cornerstone to our health, mobility and happiness!
