Join us for our "Ask the Doc and Dietitian" potluck. ”Lifestyle Dr. Regina Ragasa from Kaiser Permanente and registered dietitian Shannon Martin, also from Kaiser, will be present to answer any questions that you might have about living the whole-food plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle.
The potluck will be held on Sunday, November 6th beginning at 12:00 noon. The location will be in Shadow Hills (which is located off the 210 freeway just West of Sunland). It will be an opportunity to meet your fellow WFPB friends in person as we share our interests of the WFPB lifestyle.
In addition to great friends and fabulous food, we will also have a “book fair” where you can purchase some of the best-selling WFPB books by the most recognized WFPB authors.
We are asking that you please bring a WFBP dish (if possible).
Please RSVP as soon as possible if you plan to attend and how many persons will be in your group. Once I receive your RSVP, I will send you the specific address information and suggestions on what to bring.
