With a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a background in strength & conditioning, Margaux is bringing her knowledge to MoveHER to help women level up their strength, confidence, and mindset!

Outside the gym, she loves pole dancing, crafting, and cozy video games 🎨🕹️ — bringing that same creativity and energy to class.

She’s been prepping all month and will officially lead Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:00 PM and biweekly Saturdays at 10:00 AM 🙌

If life’s been moving fast and you haven’t had a moment to just breathe — this one’s for you. Join us for our 2-hour Inner Glow Breathwork Workshop with on Sunday, October 19th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at MoveHER Fitness.

Take a little time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself through guided journaling and Hypnobreathwork to release tension and restore calm. We’ll wrap up with a gentle meditation, an optional sharing circle, and a few simple ways to keep that inner glow going long after you leave.

✨ Kickboxing crew = unstoppable ✨
We crushed it in kickboxing this week and had so much fun doing it! 💥 One of the best things about our kickboxing classes is that you don’t need any experience to start — just show up, move, and learn step by step. It’s been amazing watching our women grow in skill, build confidence, and straight up look like total baddies in the process. 🥊💜
