Remember how hard it was figuring out adult SCD care on your own? You made it through - and that experience is exactly what the next generation needs.

We're looking for mentors (23+) who've successfully transitioned to adult care to guide young warriors (ages 16-22).

Your role:
✨ 1-on-1 guidance via Zoom, phone, or text
✨ Bi-weekly sessions (Feb-May 2026)
✨ Support during internship period (May-June)
✨ Celebrate at graduation in Long Beach (Sept 18)

You'll receive:
💰 $150 stipend
👕 Program T-shirt
🤝 The chance to change a young warrior's life
