I provide counseling and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. My specializations include treatment for ADHD/ADD, mood issues, school issues, self-esteem problems, depression, anxiety, trauma, disruptive behaviors, and family transitions. I also do assessments for anxiety, trauma, depression, and attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder to assist in diagnosis and treatment. In addition to my formal education, I am trained and certified in several Evidence-Based Practices including: Depression Treatment Quality Improvement (DTQI); Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP); Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP); Seeking Safety; and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT).
