Recently got this message from Larry, and it’s too good not to share.

He’s been working through a set of exercises I gave him and mentioned he’s now able to jump stairs again — something he hasn’t done in a long time. There’s still a bit of pain, but it’s manageable, and he says he feels even better than before he started thinking about knee replacement surgery.

For now, he’s holding off on surgery — and that’s a big deal.
