Puja Therapy Practices I offer psychotherapy in a private practice setting in the east LA areas. I also offer private yoga instruction, in home or office. Check out my website!

Making the choice to seek heal yourself from within can be a difficult one and inner work is a powerful process that can create lasting change. My approach in working with individuals combines a therapy and/or yoga to support individuals to cope better with life's challenges. I offer a supportive, calm presence & encourage the holistic well-being of the individual towards a more mindful & compassionate way of being in the world. Puja Therapy and Yoga is a resource that any anyone can benefit from because we all share universal experiences that can be challenging. Loss, love, life transitions, becoming a parent, losing a parent, discovering who you are all a part of life. Therapy be a safe place to work through difficult moments and feel less alone. The practice of yoga can also help with relaxation, stress reduction, and building the mind-body connection.

Making the chioce to heal our wounds invites us into something deeper. When we begin to process our pain, not just intellicually, but somatically, we uncover strengths, insights, and capacities that were shaped through our lived experiences.

This does not mean trauma is a gift. It means that with support, safety, and embodied healing, the places where we were once most wounded can become places of wisdom and transformation.

In somatic therapy and trauma-informed yoga, we do not just talk about what happened. We help the body unlearn survival patterns and rediscover what it means to feel grounded, connected, and whole.

My approach is body-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. If you’ve ever felt stuck in your head, disconnected from your body, or overwhelmed by emotional or physical discomfort—I see you. Through somatic therapy and mindful movement, I help people:

Release held tension and pain
Work through past trauma stored in the body

Build self-trust, safety, and nervous system regulation

You don’t need to have the perfect words or be “ready.” You just need to show up. I’ll meet you there.
