I’m a big fan of sleeping with crystals and will often just add what I feel I need under my pillow every other night or so. My daughter, Kathryn, decided to pull out all of my crystals from under my pillow today and...wow!

I didn’t even notice how many grounding, root chakra crystals I’ve been sleeping with!

These crystals tell me that my spirit needs to feel grounded, safe, and protected right now. Makes sense.
