United States workers' stress goes up when they are under economic duress; this causes their immune system to lower, making them more susceptible to infection. The country needs the work done that supports the ability of the United States to work. Community is healing, and it is our right to assemble. People want to go to their religious organization and link together to support this healthy community of the US. We did survive the Spanish flu and the Hong Kong flu without trashing our economy. Hi Everyone, What a busy time for me putting out health "fires". Remember the immune system being strong is what keeps you healthy and fights off foreign invaders to your system. Take vitamin C everyday to bowel tolerance for you, 25mg zinc with food, vitamin A if you get sick 10000IUs for 3 day only, use herbals teas, and plenty of clean water. Get sunshine or vitamin D3. Get exercise and a normal amount of sleep for you the best average is 8 hours. Remember the Divine Source of your being-ness by deep breathing 3 breaths through the nose and out the lips like blowing through a straw (will lower stress and keep the membranes of the nose more resilient to infection). Meditation and prayers for greater compassion and caring in the community to everyone is what we need the most. I love you all, Stay optimistic we will survive! Love Dr. Gem
