As a vital part of our team, the Referral Specialist ensures seamless processing and scheduling of physician referrals while providing exceptional customer service to our clients and healthcare partners.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ High school diploma (required)
✅ Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting (preferred)
✅ Knowledge of medical terminology, referral and insurance guidelines
✅ Strong computer and communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
