✨Our First NoVaMotion Baby! ✨

Thanks to and her incredible birth prep support, this mama had a much smoother birth experience the second time around!

She shared that this delivery was significantly easier than her first, thanks to her sessions with Jane. And now-just 3 weeks postpartum-she's already back, focusing on a safe, strong recovery so she can handle life with two little ones without worrying about leaking or injury.💪🏼👶👦

We love baby snuggles! If you need to bring your little one to your appointment, we're more than happy to hold them while you focus on your healing. 🥰

We love watching our patients thrive-before, during, and after birth! 🩵

🎉First day in the NEW CLINIC SPACE! 🎉

Today was the first time all 3 of us were in the new space working at the same time - and WOW, what a difference it makes! (After working in a tight setup, being together in our fresh new clinic felt so good. Shira brought the vibes with a reed diffuser that had the whole place smelling like a luxury spa
- and her dad surprised us
with CHAMPAGNE to celebrate!

Grateful, excited, and ready for this new chapter!
