A random thought. We all have jobs that are going to hinder our work over time.
A mail carrier sitting in a car and reaching into mailboxes will probably have low back pain and maybe some pain in the shoulders and elbows, a barista might have foot/knee/ low back pain from being on their feet or wrist pain and grip strength weakness, a secretary neck & low back pain or shoulder tension from using a computer daily, etc.
It is inevitable that we will all develop something hindering over time, but what we do outside of our jobs daily matters too.
▪️Are you drinking enough water?
▪️Eating a balanced diet?
▪️Are you exercising and stretching daily?
▪️Visiting chiropractors and massage therapists regularly?
▪️Are you sleeping 8 to 10 hours at night?
Doing all of these things will lead to less daily pain and a longer, happier career and life!
