Last week’s Sports Performance class was centered on moving well, building strength, and supporting our athletes as they grow. 😤
We worked through controlled jumps, lateral movement, and core stability before transitioning into lower-body and full-body strength. Every piece of the session was designed to build durability, strength, confidence, and healthy movement habits. 💪
