-January 3 — Full Moon Class & Full Moon Sound Bath: Join us for a magical time infusing the energy of the full moon. This special class 3pm-4pm is a gentle, soul-soothing experience designed to help you release, realign, and recharge. After our movement session, we are offering a healing sound bath where you lay back and allow the vibrations to wash over you & reset your nervous system.

-January 6, 17, 23–Aerial Tricks & Photoshoot (Beginner friendly): Join us for a supportive, fun session that combines aerial tricks with a confidence-boosting photoshoot. -January 17–Beer & Yoga: Start your weekend with movement, sunshine, and a cold one. Join Crystal for an energizing yoga flow combined with beer on Saturday, January 17 from 12:00–1:00 PM at the Brewery—upstairs at the skybar (located next door to our studio.) ❤️

-January 24– Vision Board Workshop: Set clear intentions for 2026 and bring your goals to life! This fun, creative session for women is perfect for anyone who wants to clarify priorities, visualize dreams, and create a loving reminder to motivate action all year long. Vision Board Workshop ✨ 2026 ✨
✨New weekly January offerings:
- Thursdays, 9:30am — Chakra Healing: A slow, meditative yin class focused on opening and balancing the energy centers. Long holds, breath work, and subtle movement to restore flow and calm.
- Thursdays, 11:00am — Floating Sound Bath: A deeply relaxing sound immersion in the hammock (or the ground) with crystal bowls and gentle tones to melt tension and encourage nervous-system reset. Perfect for restful integration.
- Thursdays, 6:00pm — Slow Stretch: A mellow mobility session emphasizing safe, intentional stretching to improve range of motion and release everyday tightness.
- Thursdays, 7:30pm — Candlelit Yin Yoga: Quiet, contemplative yin with long-held poses to target connective tissue, reduce stress, and foster stillness.
- Fridays, 11:00am — Aerial Yoga: Playful, supported movement using the hammock for gentle inversions, spinal decompression, and flexibility — accessible for all levels.
- Sundays, 1:30pm — Floating Library: A cozy, restorative time blending gentle relaxation with reading and a mini sound bath — a drifting, nourishing pause in your week. Floating Library 📚
