Helping individuals with dizziness and vertigo to find hope and restored balance through physical therapy.

Educating and providing resources to promote appropriate diagnosis and treatment for vestibular disorders. Did you know there is treatment for vertigo and dizziness? The most common cause of vertigo is often resolved in as little as 1-2 treatment sessions with a knowledgeable vestibular physical therapist. Unfortunately, many healthcare providers don't know enough about vestibular disorders. Our goal is to educate providers and patients alike on the benefits of vestibular rehabilitation. If you have dizziness or vertigo, reach out to your local vestibular physical therapist to find out more about getting treatment.

Thankful for the opportunity to speak at the Fort Worth chapter meeting for the Hearing Loss Association of America!

I spoke about the connection between balance and hearing, increased fall risk associated with hearing loss, and what to do about it.

They also celebrated their 35th anniversary at their March meeting!

Excited to have a new tool for educating my patients about BPPV! These are a magnified version of the otoconia (ear crystals, rocks, particles, etc) that can cause vertigo spells when they relocate to the semicircular canals of the inner ear. As a vestibular PT, I help patients treat this all the time!
