Another amazing Elk Creek + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We are so proud of the progress one of our residents has made! After facing challenges with balance and daily activities, she began working with our incredible physical and occupational therapy team. With their support—and the love of her family and caregivers—she’s been making wonderful strides. She’s now able to transfer with minimal assistance, building her confidence and independence each day. We’re excited to continue cheering her on as she works toward even greater milestones! 💪✨
