Here at the Yoga Haum we offer a nurturing, safe, and healing environment in which to learn and practice yoga. It is our goal to help people to find a comfortable space to grow and learn about the practice of yoga. Whether you have never taken a single yoga class or have been practicing for years our yoga classes are designed to meet you right where you are.

Private yoga lessons available. One on one, couples or small groups by appointment only. I have had a lot of inquiries lately and God has brought me some beautiful souls to work with. Here are the details:
•4 lessons (1 a week) $250
• I develop a plan/lesson for you to work on in between the times we meet based on your personal objectives.
• After you practice, you text me to check in. (Accountability)
• I take pics of you in poses and send them to you to show you your progress.
