Dear C3 Cryo Club Family,

I hope this message finds you well. It is with a deep sense of gratitude and a heavy heart that I share this news with you today. After much consideration, and due to very difficult economic times and my own personal health circumstances, I must announce that effective November 22nd C3 Cryo's main location on Alsbury will be closing its doors.

Over the past 10 years, it has been an absolute joy and privilege to walk alongside each of you on your health and wellness journey. The community we’ve built together has been such a source of inspiration for me, and I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to serve you. Your trust and commitment to your wellness have been deeply meaningful to me and the C3 team.

*We will continue to offer limited services up until November 22nd,* and we encourage those of you with remaining packages to reach out to us to schedule your appointments. We want to ensure that you can fully enjoy the services you’ve purchased before we close.

Once again, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your health journey. It’s been an honor to partner with each of you, and I will forever be grateful for the memories and connections we’ve made.

I was born in Minnesota, moved to Georgia at 4 yrs of age, to Florida at 16 years of age(where I met my wonderful husband, who is from Minnesota!), moved to Texas at 25 yrs of age. I have 4 grown fabulous boys and currently have 6 grandchildren who I love so much!

I try to be a light to all around me and be a Godly leader and example to my family and as a business owner. I am incredibly blessed!

I love to spend time with my family, traveling with my husband, hiking, kayaking, and gardening.

My favorite quote is

Cryotherapy has helped me to stay active and prevent injury. It helps my energy, immune system (I don’t remember the last time I was sick)and sleep! So many benefits for all of our services for longevity! I plan to be around a long time and I want to be active with my grandkids. These services are helping me do that!
