This session takes a deeper look into our built-in 7-part survival and protection system, the “ego system,” which helps us stay safe and navigate challenges. You’ll learn how each part plays a role in protecting you, why certain parts take over in stressful moments, and how to bring them back into balance so you can thrive instead of just survive.

On September 22, 2022 we gathered for our very first Community Connection Circle. Since then we have met every month to learn, grow, connect, and belong!

This week on the 18th we get to celebrate it all! We will also be celebrating our wonderful speaker Bruce James as he turns 50 on the 20th 🥳🎂 Double the reason to come together and celebrate!
