Language matters to us. Throughout the studio, we intentionally use Sanskrit words—ancient terms that carry meaning beyond simple translation.
Both of our studios are rooted in this tradition and have the names to prove it. Prana, our heated space, represents life force—the inner fire that builds strength, focus, and vitality. Ananda, our warm and non-heated space, reflects joy—the sense of ease, openness, and connection that comes from slowing down and softening.
Together, they remind us that balance comes from honoring both: effort and ease, heat and calm, movement and stillness. Practiced with intention, breath, and presence.
Heat or no heat—strength, challenge, and intention live in both.
