This week, we were honored to host a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) seminar for directors of several of our sister Oakmont communities in the area. The training was expertly led by instructor Rachel David, whose knowledge and passion for dementia care made the course truly impactful.

Bringing leaders together for advanced dementia training not only strengthens our collective expertise, but also reinforces our commitment to providing the highest level of support for residents and families living with memory loss. Last weekend, our Oakmont and Ivy Park Senior Living communities were proud to take part in the San Francisco Walk to End Alzheimer’s! 🏃‍♀️💪

🎪🍁 Fall Carnival Fun at Oakmont of Burlingame! 🍁🎪

This past weekend, we had an amazing time hosting our Fall Carnival to raise funds for Alzheimer’s awareness and support 💜 — and what a success it was!

From classic carnival games to delicious funnel cakes, Cotton Candy popcorn, a silent auction, and even a hilarious round of “Pie in a Director’s Face” (yes, they were great sports!), our community came together in the best way possible.

All of this under the beautiful California sunshine made it a perfect day filled with laughter, joy, and purpose. 🌞
