Since starting in February he’s down 10 lbs of PURE fat and has reduced his visceral fat to 0.06 lbs (virtually 0).

It hasn’t been easy, but we’re proud of how Andrew has responded to adversity along the way.

⚡️Half Moon Bay Paddle Triathlon⚡️

A few months of training and preparation finally culminated this morning and I completed my first (paddle) triathlon, ever!!! 🥵😬

Heading into my 40s, I set a physical goal for myself after gaining the pandemic weight (thanks, Nutella) and decided to sign up for the paddle triathlon months ago. As I started training, I didn’t know wtf I was doing 🤷🏾‍♂️ and decided to seek help. Thankfully, I was able to link up with where I’ve been learning alot about getting myself out of my comfort zone, physically and mentally. I’d like to thank the trainers for helping me complete my first paddle triathlon journey: , , and . Ya’ll have been an integral part of my preparation, thank you. 🙏🏾👊🏾🤙🏾

I’d also like to thank my family, friends, colleagues, and patients for all of your support. 💯🙏🏾 I’m going to stop talking about it now…maybe 😂🤣😂

⚡️Health Care Professional Spotlight⚡️

I’m grateful to have been able to connect and work with a like minded Physical Therapist .rocuddy at by way of and 🙏🏾.

I’ve been training a few months for the that is now just a few days away and Dr. Ro helped me this afternoon shore up a few (of the many!!!) issues I’ve been having.
