About 2 weeks ago, I put out a simple ask: 6 people to sit down and set goals in a small group.

It took 15 minutes to fill those spots. And then it didn’t stop there.

So many of you wanted “in” that when we got together… we filled the gym. 🙌

We started with stretching and mobility to clear our minds and bodies. Then we sat down and talked real priorities:
🥗 Nutrition
😴 Sleep
🏃‍♀️ Movement
🧠 Stress

We narrowed it down to ONE achievable goal each. Some are now working together toward the same goal.

The energy was incredible. There were cheers and laughter and such good vibes!
Proud of everyone who showed up for themselves.

Can’t wait to check back in at 30, 60, and 90 days. Let’s go!

This is who I spend my Saturday mornings with – this amazing group of ladies! 💪
Lady Lifting classes are always on FIRE… and yes, I mean they keep me on my toes (in the best way 😂).

Here’s the real question for any new ladies thinking about strength training:

Do you need to already love strength training? Nope – but you will after this class.

Were there first-timers lifting with us today? Absolutely.

Did I push them (gently!) outside their comfort zones? Just enough to remind them how strong they really are.

Are they already signed up for next Saturday? You bet.

If you’ve been curious about trying a strength class, this is your sign.

Why movement matters more after 50

As we age, we lose muscle mass (sarcopenia) and cardiovascular capacity—unless we actively fight back.
