All-Day Grazing: Not Practical

You leave the cake out. You walk past it a dozen times and sometimes you take a small "nibble." By the end of the day, there's a lot more than one piece "missing" from that leftover treat.

Cut a Slice: Practical
Get a real plate, not paper plate or a paper towel, and plate a nice slice. Sit down. Yes, sit. Don't stand at the kitchen counter looking at the rest of the treat - sit down, eat in with intention and enjoy it.

When you're done, wrap up the rest and put it in your own "witness relocation program" - fridge, pantry, garage or oven (not on!) Put it out of sight and get on with your day.

Eat mindfully and improve your relationship with "fun" foods.
