Let's welcome the newest addition to Alamance Family Chiropractic🎉

Ayanna Rogers LMBT

🧘🏾‍♀️I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and a 2016 graduate of the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, North Carolina. I have been practicing massage therapy for nearly a decade, and during that time I have developed a passion for helping clients feel more comfortable in their bodies and experience meaningful relief from stress and pain.

🪨I am certified in hot stone massage, myofascial cupping, manual lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage. My work focuses on helping clients reduce stress, regulate their nervous system, improve range of motion in restricted joints, and release muscle tension so they can move through life with greater ease and less discomfort.

💆🏼‍♀️Every session is tailored to the individual because I believe massage should support the specific needs of each client—whether that means deep therapeutic work, relaxation, or a combination of both.
