✨ What To Avoid 24 Hours After Your IPL Photo Facial ✨

You just had your ✨ glow-up ✨ — now let’s protect those results!

After your IPL Photo Facial, your skin is more sensitive and needs a little extra TLC. Here’s what to avoid for the first 24 hours:

🚫 No Hot Showers or Saunas
Heat can increase redness and irritation. Keep it cool + gentle.

🚫 No Intense Workouts
Sweating and increased heat in the skin can cause unnecessary inflammation.

🚫 No Direct Sun Exposure
Your skin is extra sensitive to UV rays. Stay shaded and wear SPF if you need to be outside.

🚫 No Tanning (beds or spray)
Let your skin heal properly before any sun or sunless tanning.

🚫 No Harsh Skincare
Avoid retinols, exfoliants, scrubs, or active acids for a few days. Stick to gentle cleanser + moisturizer.

🚫 No Picking or Scrubbing Darkened Spots
Pigmented spots may temporarily darken before flaking off — this is normal! Let them shed naturally.
