One way to help your deep hip rotators release! Listen to the audio to hear me walk you through the exercise!
1. Plant your foot on the side where you’re experiencing pain/tightness
2. Float the opposite heel
3. Bend knees and take hips back slightly, allowing the hip on your supporting leg to dip inward.
4. Plant your other foot and use it to stand back up!
You’re focusing just on the lowering phase here, which allows you to eccentrically lengthen your deep hip rotators (in other words, help them let go!)
