Today during our team lunch, we did a “letting go plates” exercise as a group. Each of us wrote down things we’re ready to release—like stress, self-doubt, and old worries—onto plates. 💭🍽️

Sometimes, taking a few moments to reflect and let go of what weighs us down can make room for more positivity, gratitude, and growth. 🌿💜
