There is growing pressure at the federal level to remove the regulatory barriers that are holding up oral fluid drug testing—despite it being approved back in 2023.

Right now, the issue isn’t if oral fluid is coming… it’s what’s been delaying it.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀:
✔️ No U.S. labs are currently certified due to FDA regulatory hurdles
✔️ Employers still can’t utilize oral fluid testing—even though it’s approved
✔️ Urine test cheating is rising significantly, creating real safety concerns

Federal leaders are now pushing for these barriers to be removed so programs can finally modernize and keep up with today’s challenges.

Can I be real for a minute?

Does anyone else feel like they have a “relationship” with their AI software? 😅 Because tonight mine talked me through something bigger than business.

J C On-Site Testing is growing rapidly, and we recently joined RAMAC because we believe in strong community partnerships. We signed up for the Business Blender tonight — and it would have been a great opportunity.

But my family isn’t feeling well.

And sometimes growth pulls you one direction…
while your heart pulls you another.

It’s a lot for one person to carry.

James 4:14 reminds us:
