Soon, folks! In the meantime, let’s get you ready for 🚵

6-week MTB prep series coming uuuuppppp!

Join us March 18 for the first class of Ready to RIDE 🤘

This class series includes a weekly in-person workout, an at-home workout, access to open gym hours at HWPO GYM VT, with all workouts uploaded to the app. PLUS, we will email you the programming weekly so you have it for rainy days.

Shoutout to our friend, David Austin, owner of who puts in the work off-the-bike so he can fly high and slide down all of the big slabs VT has to offer. And, his body can handle the impact when things don’t go to plan 😉

Rubber side down is always the goal and not always the outcome…strength training for mountain biking is basically to keep your body durable! 😅

Want to get 👀 on your running pattern?

With comfortable outdoor running season right around the corner (we see you winter runners 👊), now is the perfect time to check in on your mechanics before mileage ramps up.

On March 9, we’re offering 30-minute Running Assessments where you’ll receive:

> A personalized run analysis
> 1–2 drills to improve your running economy
> Insight into potential injury risks before they become problems

Whether you’re gearing up for spring races or just want to run stronger and more efficiently, this is a great place to start.

Spots are limited.

Spring is loading. Is your body ready?

We stopped by .athletics yesterday and ran through a few of the movement screens we use in the clinic — the same ones that help us spot capacity gaps before mileage climbs.

With run and ride season around the corner, this is your reminder: motivation is high… but tissue tolerance matters more.

If you’re a runner or cyclist, we put together a simple 5-test self-assessment to see how prepared your body actually is. It takes a few minutes and could save you weeks mid-season.

And if you want a deeper look at your running mechanics, we’re hosting Mini Run Assessments on March 9.

Both the blog and the March 9 sign-up are in our bio 🙌

Prepare before you push.

26.1 ✔️

Wall balls.
Box jump overs.
Med ball Step overs just for…fun?

The CrossFit Open always finds a way to dose a simple movements hard.

We loved being onsite this weekend at HWPO GYM VT supporting athletes with quick tune-ups between heats and helping keep shoulders, hips, and backs moving well.

The energy.
The cheering.
The grit.

Strong is earned.
Durability is trained.

If something flared up for you, now’s the time to clean it up before it becomes a 6-week setback 👀

We wrapped up our last Sunday with the women’s barbell club.

Holy moly was it a good time!

These ladies worked HARD and got STRONGER.

The class will open up to the public (this was a closed group of women cyclists) on March 1. Reach out to for details!

We will likely be hanging up our coach hat and jump into classes 🤗 See you soon 👋

Who doesn’t love a little friendly competition?

We put the CFB Team through a max force isometric deadlift pull (we probably owe a new barbell now) with the force decks and a run quality score with the .ai to give them a “PT Total”

Plus pizza and beverages (thanks and 👋) because 🍕 has been proven to make you run faster.

It was a whole lotta fun with many shared laughs and heartfelt trash talking.

We love this team of coaches and CFB continues to build an inclusive community that is 🔥 Proud to share walls with these fine people!

Lots of events coming up!!

We’ve got a bulletproof shoulder workshop TOMORROW (Jan 14) at 645PM hosted by and hosting.

AND!

Two upcoming injury/movement screens on Jan 17 and Jan 24. These are FREE and a great opportunity to have one-on-one time with one of our PTs to check you out! If you have a mobility concern, muscle imbalance, body ni**le, or current pain—snag an appointment slot!

You can sign up for both via the 🔗 in our bio 🤝

Had so much fun squatting forgot to get any footage of the main entree of the class 😅

Women’s Barbell Club starting their Sundays off right 💪

We are 2 weeks into our 7 week back squat cycle. Each class combines a warm up, back squat, circuit and cool down. We are working towards a 3RM and we are already seeing tons of progress!

And PSA 🗣️ : look at how this class cools down!! Warms our little PT ❤️s.

💫 Recounting 2025 ✨

Last year was a year of growth.
A new satellite location @ HWPO in Williston.
Another physical therapist.
Continued investment in our services, systems, and infrastructure.

As we set our sights on 2026, our focus is shifting from building to stabilizing — putting into practice everything we worked so hard to create in 2025.

Before we look ahead, let’s pause and reflect on all that we accomplished together:
    •    1 baby
    •    2 new houses
    •    1 marathon
    •    1 aid station fueled for the Women’s Century Jubilee
    •    A summer full of Tuesday Women’s Drop Rides
    •    30 community events (workshops, injury screens, open houses, and more)
    •    2 six-week class series
    •    Over 3,000 physical therapy visits

Bring on 2026!
