This is an informal space for EMS, Fire, Police, and Dispatch to come together, talk about the parts of the job we usually shove in a mental locker, connect with resources, and build real resiliency. Because you cannot take care of everyone else if you are running on empty.

🚨On Wednesday, Jarrod and Todd are heading up to Newark, NJ to deliver our 2-day Advanced De-escalation & Tactical Decision Making class — sponsored by the Essex County Prosecutor's Office.

👮‍♂️ 32 officers from 10 different agencies across the county will be there, sharpening the skills that matter most on today’s calls.

This training is built to help officers:

In one session, providers sharpened real-world communication and scene-management skills that reduce risk, lower stress, and help keep patients—and providers—safer.
