LPB Smiles Friendly Staff, Welcoming Environment, Creating Beautiful Smiles. Dr. LaRosa Pinnix-Bailey has been creating special smiles for over 27 years.

She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry where she also completed her undergraduate education with a degree in biology. Dr. Pinnix-Bailey has been helping make sure kids' smiles stay bright by donating time coordinating the annual Give a Kid A Smile Event which offers free dental checkups and dental treatment to disadvantaged kids in Alamance and Caswell counties. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentists, North Carolina Dental Society, Alamance/Caswell Dental Society and Old North State Dental Society. In the community, she volunteers for several boards including the Alamance Children's Dental Clinic, the Alamance-Burlington Closing the Achievement Gap, Inc, and Wells Fargo. She was recently awarded the distinquished Community Service Award by the Old North State Dental Society.
