Cape Cod Healthcare teams were proud to take part in Hyannis Open Streets recently — celebrating community connection, wellness, and fun for all!

As a proud sponsor of this pedestrian-only event, our dedicated teams supported Main Street’s day of car-free activities that encourage social, environmental, economic and public health ideals while showcasing all that historic downtown Hyannis has to offer.

Members of our health equity team shared educational resources, health equity information and opportunities to learn more about improving blood pressure health — one of several CCHC initiatives focused on reducing health disparities in our community. A member of the CCHC blood donor team was also on-site offering information about donating blood and giving attendees a look inside the blood mobile.
