Reflexology has always been something that held my interest. A few years ago I took a 16 hour course and fell in love. From there, I entered Massage Therapy school and began my practice. A few months later, Reflexology once again called to me and I enrolled in a 3oo hour Integrated Reflexology course.

As one of the only Certified Registered Reflexologists in Southeast Iowa, I offer a basic over-all wellness session where all areas of the body are affected. I also have several specific protocols which focus on certain needs. These protocols include sessions for Fibromyalgia/Auto Immune, PTSD/Anxiety, Chemotherapy/Hospice Care, Lymphatic and Plantar Fasciitis.
