Recovering people pleaser here🙋‍♀️

Something I have learned on my journey of recovery of a lifer in the people pleasing club, was how to reprogram my brain. One thing many of us were taught was "treat people how you want to be treated". Well, how's that working out for you? As a highly empathic, caring person, that practice rarely works out in your favor. So instead of that, I use the Mantra "treat people how they are treating you". Beware, the people that have benefited from your endless giving and boundaryless behavior, will not be pleased with your change of personality. Take it a a sign you are on the right path! Keep going!!

Neptune, the planet of illusions is making its last trasit through Pisces. Both are absolutely terrible at boundaries. What this means is, since 2011, everybody,in one area of their life, has felt disillusioned, disappointed and confused. Happy news!! That story is about to end this spring! The 10 of wands tells the story of carrying too much responsibility for too long. Also, CPTSD. I can't help but wonder, if we new ourselves better, before we make life changing decisions, would we have agreed to that plan? Or built what we built? Or choose that responsibility? That person?
