Announcement!! Since it’s edging towards the end of 2023, it’s a good time for me to share: I’ve retired my midwife hat and put on my lactation consultant hat with a fun little mix of a surprise, but you have to visit my new website to learn more….www.fullspectrumhelp.com
Anyhow, After catching babies for over 30 years, I want to give a heartfelt Thanks to all of the families out there who trusted me and my ever evolving team. I’m GRATEFUL for being a part of so many growing families. A Big THANKS to my “ever evolving team”. AND most of all a Big, Big THANKS!! to my family and friends for supporting me along the way.

Hi all! A past client of ours is offering a few Fertility Awareness & Body Literacy classes and we want to help spread the word!

Fertility Awareness and Body Literacy are tools that can help us understand the movements of our cycles and what they tell us about our hormones and our health. Learning the in’s and out’s of charting our cycles can provide so much for us. A charting practice can help us keep an eye on our hormone health, connect us deeper to our rhythms, be a tool for natural contraception and conception, be an empowered voice in our own health care, and a lot more! Tracking your cycle can be a potent path to a celebrated, trusted and sovereign body. All genders and sexual orientations are welcomed. This is a class series, with each class building upon the last.

She will be teaching the same series in two different places & months:

Thursdays 6-8pm Sept 15, 22 & 29 at GROW Wellness Center, Essex Junction
Tuesdays 6-8pm Oct 25, Nov 1 & 8 at the Railyard Apothecary, Burlington

$175-225 sliding scale for one 3-week series

Lizzie Bogosian is a Fertility Awareness Educator (via FEMM Teacher Certification Training). She has found the practice of Fertility Awareness to be a potent gateway to deeper embodiment. Along with teaching group classes, Lizzie will soon be taking 1:1 Fertility Awareness clients to help them in their journey of fertility, non-hormonal contraception and understanding their hormones and unique cycles.

Hi Friends!! I have a news update I think a lot of you may be interested in! There's a bill being proposed in the Vermont Senate to make it possible to open a birth center in our dear state.
It's not the first time this has happened.
In the past, I think the people that would benefit the most, haven't known it's happening and didn't know how to help.
If you want to add your voice, now is the time! Here is a list of Senators on the committee:
If there's enough interest demonstrated by emails, the committee will take up the bill.

We want to share the news that Shari Corr, CPM will be joining the practice as a full time CPM and partner! I know many of you already know her as our assistant of many years, and we are excited to continue working with her in her new role. Other changes include— April will be leaving us this fall to return to Copley, Ivyrose will be rejoining as our assistant, and we will be welcoming new student Meena in November. We will miss April, but continue to have a wonderful team here at Full Spectrum. 💜
