I'm wishing you all a very happy Valentines Day. And if you don't want to celebrate that, celebrate ME 🤣 Today is also the 12 year anniversary of my graduation from massage school. Back then I wasn't entirely sure I made the right choice leaving my established career in disability services to chase my massage therapy dreams, but now I can confidently say that I did.

Come Drum With Me!!

Join me on Sunday, March 8th at 3pm and I'll show you how to balance your chakras by playing Traditional Cherokee patterns on a drum. Don't know much about your chakras? I'll talk about those too.

Bring your own frame drum, djembe, tom tom or other hand drum- or borrow one of mine.

There is no charge for this event, as it is a step toward my Sound Healing education, free will offerings are gratefully accepted. (And added to the Gong fund 😉)

Anyone able to bring their own drum is welcome even when mine are spoken for. (Maybe a folding chair or cushion too)

Small Group Soundbaths
Sunday 1/11 - FULL
Monday 1/12 - 2 spots left

These will be the last small group soundbath type sessions offered to the public for a bit. There will be a few interactive small group sessions, and I am putting together a large group session for February.

The plan is to then finish up my coursework and by April 1 be all set so you can schedule your groups!
