Small Group Soundbaths
Sunday 1/11 - FULL
Monday 1/12 - 2 spots left

These will be the last small group soundbath type sessions offered to the public for a bit. There will be a few interactive small group sessions, and I am putting together a large group session for February.

The plan is to then finish up my coursework and by April 1 be all set so you can schedule your groups!

Based on the flurry of messages today- it seems folks are last minute shopping.

I do not sell gift certificates. It could be months before I have openings if at all, so unless the recipient is already a client they would not be able to utilize it. If the recipient IS a current client- I cannot tell you due to confidentiality.

Me Time will be closed Jan23-Feb9 for winter vacation. 🏝 I will be reaching out regarding rescheduling appointments after the holiday next week.

❄️Something in the air today is prompting me to make a winter weather reminder post. ❄️

Please keep an eye on the weather on your appointment days. If conditions make you feel unsafe to travel, let me know. We all have varying degrees of comfort with winter driving, and I respect yours. As always, early communication is best. If I know early on that you may not be coming, it makes it easier to make adjustments, and to begin finding options for rescheduling.

Stay safe out there.
Drink some water. It's easy to dehydrate in colder months as you might not feel as thirsty.
