On October 22nd, teams from our Prince Edward Island and San Diego sites joined colleagues in Nashville for the 2025 All Sekisui North America Kaizen Competition.

We are proud to announce that the PEI team brought home the trophy for Sekisui Diagnostics!

Kaizen Theme: “Eliminate Drum Waste from the Transfer Process”
• 55% reduction in blue drum usage
• Significant financial savings
• 165 metric tons less plastic waste and 34 metric tons less greenhouse gas emissions
The team will represent us at the Sekisui Chemical Group Global Kaizen event in Japan this January, competing for the global title.
This achievement highlights our commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and teamwork.
