With over 10 years of experience in the field, Rachel brings compassion, insight, and a commitment to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges.

Rachel is currently accepting new clients and offers appointments Tuesday–Thursday, as well as bi-weekly Saturdays.
She accepts Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS insurance plans.

She just graduated from Wake Forest University with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and we couldn’t be prouder.
