In less than 24 hours I finally take my seat 💺 for the exam…!

This has been my mission for years now. In January 2021 I finally had the opportunity to enroll in a year long program at to earn my Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate. I crushed that, which qualified me to sit for this. 🙌🏼

Since graduating in December, I have prepared by reading countless coaching psychology books 📚 on various principles, listened to hours of podcasts, practiced my skills with our clients, and meditated 🧘🏻‍♀️ many times to calm my anxiety about the whole ordeal 😬.

Posting this in unity for all those aspiring NBC-HWCs who are sitting for this amazing opportunity this May! We got this - and we’re going to make this world a healthier, happier place together. 🫶🏼
