Im glad this was caught on camera!!! My life daily, lol

Daily as a gym owner, I used to move equipment! Pulling and pushing back in place machines or rearranging them to make the gym flow better!

When I started selling equipment years ago, I realized real quick that it's a lot of physical work! Unless someone has done it, they have no idea what it entails!!!

It took a toll on my body! But regardless, I was so passionate about fitness I still love it today. I just try to be smarter and have all the tools, dolleys, and equipment to do it easier!

I could tell stories for days about moving equipment, but comment below if you think moving equipment is a pain in the as* haha

2 guys i have the utmost respect for 👊

I connected with in 2016 into 2017 to build a little gym at the start of what's now . We have been good friends since day 1, and when Aaron calls for anything, im there if i can help!!! So proud of what you have accomplished, bro ❤️

I was always around Rob and at events but just never got to connect 1 on 1! I had so much respect for what Rob and Dana had done in the industry of fitness and social media i was a huge fan!!! Then Rob and I finally connected 5 years ago at the Mr Olympia 2020 when it got moved into Orlando! After that 1st conversation, I knew I liked Rob as a person, and ever since, we have become close, and someone im honored to call a real friend ❤️
