Unfortunately, COVID-19 has reared it's ugly head back at the facility. Over the last 4 days, we have had 3 resident test positive and several staff members as well. At this time, we are considered in an outbreak so we will be completing surveillance testing twice weekly of all residents and staff. Rest assured that all families and physicians have been notified directly at the time of any new positive cases. If any staff or residents begin showing any new onset of symptoms, they'll be tested promptly so action can be taken. We'd encourage any visitors to be aware of this as it may be best to visit at a later time or wear a mask while you visit if you wish to do so. We know this can be very frustrating and disheartening as it is for our staff and residents, so we just ask for grace and patience as we work through this outbreak. Good Afternoon,

Just a little update - our front main entrance door by the circle drive is fully repaired and we encourage visitors to utilize the existing code to come inside and to leave the building. If you need the code, please feel free to give us a call for this.

We do not want to post the code for obvious safety reasons.

We do appreciate everyone's patience as our Maintenance Director and Administrator had to work quite a bit to get a technician to our area to reprogram the interlock system on all our doors. We know there's been frustration with this situation.

Even though the weather did not cooperate with our family outdoor BBQ, the rain did not dampen our spirits. We had a fun time indoors with a good time filled with visiting, food, and wonderful entertainment by the Garage Bunch. How about those giant chocolate chip cookies?
