Meet Kayti, one of our newer team members!

"Hi everyone! My name's Kayti and I’m the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call to schedule your appointments at Integrative Health Solutions. As the Patient Care Coordinator, I help make the process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free from your very first interaction with our clinic. I’ve been part of the IHS team since October 2025 and truly love getting to connect with our patients each day.

I live just outside of Minneapolis with my husband, our two kids, and our very large (and very lovable) husky-shepherd. I work remotely, which means I get the best of both worlds, supporting our amazing patients while still being close to home with my family. I also make it a point to travel down to Burnet a few times a year to spend time in the clinic, and I always look forward to meeting our patients face to face.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with a good book, gathered around the table for board game night, planning our next travel adventure, or rewatching Friends for the hundredth time (because it never gets old!)."

About our providers:

Sandy Doyal, APRN, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner

Philosophy- Sandy’s passion is nursing but is especially excited about women’s health including Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. She has also, personally, experienced the dramatic healing of functional medicine and continues training in that field so that she can offer the same to her patients. Sandy feels a synergistic blend of Western and Functional medicine can offer patients the best outcome.
