Avir at Burnet is Hiring an Activity Director!

We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activity Director to join our team and help enhance the quality of life for our residents through engaging activities and meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and lead daily resident activities
• Encourage participation and build relationships with residents
• Assist with transportation as needed
• Create and manage the monthly activity calendar
• Help decorate for holidays and special occasions

Qualifications:
• Experience in activities or working with seniors preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

After her total knee replacement, Grace came to Avir at Burnet determined to regain her strength and independence. With the support of our PT and OT teams—and her unstoppable work ethic—she made remarkable progress and returned home walking with confidence.
