I’m so excited to share that Alma Sana Counseling, LLC is officially collaborating with Hughes Therapy Services to bring mental health services to the Burns community!

🧠💚 Mental health and physical health go hand-in-hand, and this collaboration allows us to better support the whole person — right here in town.

📍 Location: Hughes Therapy Services – Burns, WY
📅 Availability: Mondays (to start!)

I’ll be offering therapy services to support children, teens, and adults, with a trauma-informed and compassionate approach. My hope is to make mental health care more accessible to our rural communities. También hablo español 😊

We are delighted to announce that a Massage Therapist will be joining our practice on Friday, January 23rd, in response to numerous requests from patients and community members. Our clinic will be closed for the remainder of the week, allowing our staff to spend quality time with their loved ones during the holidays. Limited hours will be observed on the 29th and 30th. The clinic will be closed from December 31st through January 4th, with normal operating hours resuming on January 5, 2026. We extend our warmest wishes for a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

We had a blast providing medical coverage for the Burns High School winter basketball tournament. We again had the pleasure of working with so many great coaches and athletes from around our state. Burns High, thank you for letting us be a part of your tournament.

We’re thrilled we were voted 3rd best Physical Therapy Clinic in Cheyenne. Especially since our clinic is 25 mikes east of town in Burns. Thank you all that voted and supported and continue to support us.

LARAMIE COUNTY’S NATIONAL NIGHT OUT

Join us on Tuesday, August 5th, from 5:30-8:00pm at a National Night Out! You’ll meet people that live in your area and the men and women that serve our community. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. These events are designed to bring neighbors, businesses, and law enforcement together in partnership against crime in Laramie County.
National Night out event will be held at:
Liberty Park in the town of Burns

Each venue will have food and activities. The Laramie County Sheriff’s Office will post details of the individual National Night Out events on the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office page.
