Discovery Place Discovery Place is a 12 Step recovery retreat for men suffering from alcoholism and drug addiction

Located on 17 rolling acres just west of Nashville, Tennessee, Discovery Place opened its doors in June, 1997 as a recovery retreat for men. Based on the program outlined in Alcoholics Anonymous, Discovery Place navigates guests through a proven program of action-oriented recovery in daily workshops, twelve-step meetings and personal service commitments. Over the last 15 years Discovery Place has

helped over 2100 men and their families through 30, 60 and 90 day residential recovery programs complimented by an array of family support and continuing care. Discovery Place also hosts public outreach and education programs which reach more than 5,000 participants in Middle Tennessee each year.
