We're thrilled to announce that UCare members can now receive car seats at no cost! Here’s how it works:

Process & Timing:
- The process generally takes 3-5 days.
- We offer convenient delivery services within the metro area.
- If you need it sooner, you can pick it up directly from our office.

Office Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM - 3 PM (pick-up only)

Important Notes:
- Only mothers in their 3rd trimester are eligible to receive a car seat while pregnant.
- Fathers or grandparents are not eligible.
- Please have the child's UCare Member ID numbers ready when contacting us.

Car Seat Clinic provides Car seats and safety education at no charge to eligible UCare members who are pregnant ( in the 3rd trimester) OR Children up to 8 years old. Eligible members will receive one of the following car seat types based on age, weight and height.
-- Convertible Car seat, for both rear-facing & forward
-- Combination Car seat
-- Backless booster seat
You must set up an appointment with Car Seat Clinic at 952-466-1507 , a typical wait time is 7-10 days. The seat style for each child will be decided by the agency that gives you the seat. Our office hours are as follows
Mon: 11am - 6pm
Tue: 11am - 6pm
Wed: 11am-6pm
Thurs: 2pm-6pm
Fri: 2pm- 6pm
Sat: 11am-6pm
Sun: Closed
