NOW HIRING: Patient Care Specialist – Aldridge Eye Institute

We are seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

- Checking in and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Verifying patient information and maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Time management master with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous medical or front-desk experience preferred, but not required
