The chiropractors who build the strongest practices understand something important about leadership: you don’t have to know everything.

In fact, the best leaders intentionally surround themselves with people who are smarter, more experienced, or more specialized in areas where they are not. Whether it’s your front desk team, associate doctors, marketing support, or business advisors, the collective knowledge of a strong team is far greater than what any one person can carry alone.

Great chiropractic practices grow faster when the doctor shifts from trying to control everything to empowering the right people to contribute their strengths. When everyone on the team is encouraged to think, contribute ideas, and take ownership of their role, the practice becomes stronger, more innovative, and better equipped to serve patients.

Leadership in chiropractic isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about creating an environment where the best ideas and the best people can thrive together.

Many chiropractors have tried working with gyms or fitness centers before… and walked away thinking “that didn’t work.”

But what if the problem wasn’t the idea — it was the approach?

In this episode of ChiroFEAST, I sit down with Dr. Tony Lawther to break down a smarter strategy for working with gyms and fitness centers. Instead of simply trying to market chiropractic to gym members, the focus shifts to helping the fitness center itself succeed—which naturally builds trust, partnerships, and referrals from trainers and health-minded clients.

When chiropractors bring real value to the fitness community through education, support, and collaboration, it creates a win-win relationship that benefits the chiropractor, the business partner, and the people being served.

If you’ve ever tried gym marketing and thought it didn’t work, this conversation may completely change the way you look at it.

Every thriving chiropractic practice started as an idea that most people thought was too big, too difficult, or too unlikely to work.

The chiropractors who make the greatest impact in their communities are the ones who keep a clear vision for what their practice could become—how many lives they can help, how many families they can serve, and how much healthier their community can be because they chose to pursue that vision.

Building a practice isn’t always easy. There will be obstacles, setbacks, and moments where progress feels slower than expected. But the doctors who continue moving forward are the ones who keep that vision alive and allow it to guide their decisions, their leadership, and their daily work.

The communities that benefit most from chiropractic care are often served by doctors who refused to shrink their vision and stayed committed to the mission of helping more people live healthier lives.

People don’t walk into your office because you’re selling chiropractic care.

They come in because they’re looking for answers, relief, and solutions to problems that are affecting their lives.

The chiropractors who grow the fastest are the ones who focus less on “selling” and more on understanding the patient in front of them—what they’re struggling with and how chiropractic can truly help them.

When patients feel heard and see that you’re focused on solving their problems, trust grows—and so does your practice.

If you want to build a chiropractic clinic that grows through strong relationships, patient retention, and real results, learn how Dr. Jeff helps chiropractors implement proven systems for sustainable success.

One of the most overlooked parts of a great chiropractic adjustment isn’t just the adjustment itself—it’s the explanation that follows it.

When patients understand what you adjusted, why you adjusted it, and how it connects to their symptoms, their trust and engagement in care increases dramatically.

The adjustment may only take seconds, but taking 20 seconds to explain it can completely change how patients perceive the value of chiropractic care.

In this clip from The Chiropractic Retention Blueprint: 12 Ways to Keep Patients Under Care (Part 2), I break down how a simple explanation can strengthen patient trust and improve long-term retention in your practice.

What keeps patients coming back to your chiropractic office year after year?

In this episode of ChiroFEAST, I continue the series:

The Chiropractic Retention Blueprint: 12 Ways to Keep Patients Under Care (Part 2)

Many chiropractors spend most of their time trying to attract new patients. But sustainable practice growth often comes from something even more powerful: patient retention.

When patients truly understand the value of chiropractic care and feel connected to your practice, they stay consistent with care, refer others, and often become lifelong patients.

In Part 2, I share the final strategies that complete the full retention framework—covering scheduling structure, delivering exceptional visits, strengthening patient relationships, and communicating the long-term importance of spinal health.

If you want to build a chiropractic practice where patients stay longer, trust you more, and refer their friends and family, this episode is worth watching.

One of the fastest ways to increase energy, connection, and momentum in your practice?

Cluster booking.

When patients see other people in the office, feel the activity around them, and experience the momentum of a busy practice, it naturally creates more excitement and engagement. A full office doesn’t just look successful—it feels successful to your patients.

In this clip from the latest ChiroFEAST podcast, I break down why scheduling strategy plays a huge role in patient retention and the overall culture of your clinic.

If you want to build a practice where patients stay committed to care, refer others, and enjoy being part of your community, this episode is worth listening to.

Running a successful chiropractic practice isn’t just about clinical skill or business strategy. The strength of your home life often determines the strength of your leadership, focus, and longevity in practice.

If you’re building a practice, growing a team, and serving patients every day, your spouse or partner is walking that journey with you. Understanding how they receive love and support is not optional—it’s essential.

That’s why I recommend every chiropractor read The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. When you truly understand your spouse’s love language, you strengthen the foundation that allows you to lead well in every other area of life.

A strong marriage builds strong leaders. And strong leaders build strong practices.

Easter is more than a holiday. It’s a powerful reminder of grace.

The story in this video reflects on the moment when Barabbas was set free while Jesus took his place on the cross—a powerful picture of what Easter truly represents.

It’s about forgiveness.
It’s about redemption.

And it’s about a love so great that someone would willingly take the place of another.

Take 8 minutes today to watch this message and reflect on the true meaning of Easter.

If it resonates with you, consider sharing it with someone who might need the reminder today.

Wishing everyone a very blessed Easter.

In practice, it’s easy to look around and wonder what the clinic down the street is doing. What are they charging? How are they marketing? Why are they busy?

But the truth is, the strongest practices aren’t built by watching competitors—they’re built by focusing on your own systems, your patient experience, and the value you deliver every day.

Every minute spent worrying about what someone else is doing is a minute not spent improving your communication, strengthening relationships with patients, or refining how your practice serves your community.

The chiropractors who grow the most stay focused on their mission, their patients, and their consistency. That’s where real momentum comes from.
