🌴 What an incredible weekend in Jupiter, Florida! 🌴

We joined dozens of other Disc Centers of America doctors to complete the latest Spinal Decompression Certification training — and we came away energized and inspired!

We had the privilege of learning from the very best in the field:

We’re now even more equipped with the latest research-backed tools and techniques that deliver the best results for disc degeneration, herniated discs, and peripheral neuropathy.

A special highlight was meeting Duane Clemons, former NFL player, who shared how spinal decompression saved him from back surgery and extended his career — inspiring us all to continue changing lives through non-surgical solutions.

We’re heading home with our heads full of knowledge and our hearts full of passion — ready to bring the very best in spinal decompression care to our amazing patients! 💙

I am delighted to welcome my daughter, Kacie White, to our clinic team! Kacie will be interning with us, gaining valuable clerical skills and insight into the operations of a small business, which will be advantageous for her future career. I would like to express my gratitude to Leire and Jenni for facilitating her training. Kacie is a valuable addition to our team during Ellie's maternity leave!

Speaking of Ellie, a big congratulations to her and Anthony on the arrival of their sweet baby, Chester. Although he decided to come early, he is happy and healthy and bringing them so much joy! I had the honor and pleasure of administering Chester’s first adjustment today, one of my favorite things to do as a chiropractor!
