This body treatment exfoliates and rejuvenates the whole body. Katlin blends a 60 or 90 minute massage with your choice of seasonal house made brown sugar scrub to exfoliate the skin and stimulate cellular repair while relaxing and softening muscle and connective tissue.

Current seasonal blends are: First Frost, a cooling blend of herbs, green tea and peppermint, or Automn Harvest: a warming a grounding blend of pumpkin and chai herbs.

It was an honor to provide short clinical bodywork sessions for the folks at West Burnsville Fire Department today.

The volunteers here are all a joy to meet and the food being served was delicious. Deep gratitude to everyone.

The amount of high quality supplies and necessities being sent out from here is impressive to say the least.
